Growth, Operations, and Delivery for English-Language Websites
I have 2+ years of experience spanning in-house English web content and agency-side B2B website planning and ongoing delivery. My work covers keyword and page planning, publishing QA, basic technical SEO, and GSC / GA4 / Looker Studio reviews. I translate business needs into page and content work, then use website data to define the next practical action.
Overview
What a Hiring Team Can Verify First
English SEO & B2B Website Growth
- Keyword expansion and clustering, search-intent screening
- Competitor reviews and product, application, and informational page planning
- Metadata, H1s, internal linking, and basic conversion paths and CTA checks
- Basic triage for crawling, indexation, and mobile rendering
Website Operations & Project Delivery
- Turning business requirements into site sections, page tasks, and content lists
- Publishing QA across layout, links, images, and mobile display
- Issue tracking, launch acceptance checks, and follow-up validation
- Basic WordPress maintenance and SEO, website-building, and technical coordination
English Content & Performance Review
- English product pages, tutorials, blog posts, and help-oriented content
- Google Search Console / GA4 / Looker Studio
- Impressions, clicks, CTR, rankings, and priority-page trends
- Astro / Git / Cloudflare and Python / AI productivity tooling
The public positioning centers on English SEO, B2B website growth, and website operations and delivery. Adjacent fits include corporate-site operations, website project delivery, and B2B content marketing. Web analytics, CRO, and marketing operations are growth edges: I have GSC / GA4 / Looker Studio and page-review foundations, while event instrumentation, CRM, and controlled conversion experiments are still developing.
Case Studies
Case Studies
Site diagnosis
Technical SEO Teardown: Indexation Hygiene Behind 5,794 Known URLs
Diagnosed fix priorities for a B2B export site using public signals only — sitemap, tag/date archives, leftover templates, hidden H1s, and page weight.
Verifiable: problem breakdown, evidence trail, fix prioritization, and recommended post-launch monitoring metrics.
B2B growth review
Keyword Growth Review: A B2B UAV Export Site
Planning and operations review for a zero-baseline drone export site — keyword cleanup and core-term consolidation, competitor analysis, site audit, and TDK for key pages; the tracked top-10 keyword count moved from 0 to 243.
Boundary: attribution stays conservative — only one external traffic spike is independently confirmed as a driver; the rest reflects content execution, site fundamentals, algorithm shifts, and client cooperation together.
Delivery process
B2B Export-Site SEO Delivery SOP
Chained keyword expansion, competitor analysis, site audits, a topic backlog, product-page templates, TDK, publish checks, and monthly reporting into an 8-module vendor delivery framework.
Verifiable: process, page quality, and data trends are all inspectable, with the hardest-to-land and most-often-skipped modules called out honestly.
Site migration
Moving a Live Site to eigentime.org: A Cross-Account Domain Migration Review
A full-site domain migration across two isolated Cloudflare accounts: path-by-path 301 cutover, full KV data migration, and a first-try Google Change of Address — with every pitfall recorded honestly, from deployment traps to an RSS guid storm.
Verifiable: 301s curl-checked one by one (single hop, query preserved, no 302s), rollback proven with snapshot deltas, and a public post-migration convergence checklist.

Experience
-
Job-search transition · Personal website projects & tooling
After leaving my agency role in May 2026, I have been job searching while independently maintaining a bilingual personal site built on Astro, Git, and Cloudflare — a public record of website operations, SEO methods, and project reviews.
- Independently completed a cross-account domain migration with path-level 301 redirects, Google Change of Address, Worker / KV migration, validation, and rollback preparation.
- Turned B2B delivery experience into public checklists and built small tools for page checks, change monitoring, and Git-based content operations.
-
SEO Assistant / B2B Website Delivery, Agency-Side
The SEO delivery group supported a portfolio of 50+ B2B export sites. I directly contributed to planning-stage delivery for about 20 projects across machinery, energy, home goods, and industrial components.
- Performed keyword expansion and grouping, intent screening, competitor and page diagnosis, and metadata work for priority pages.
- Supported publishing checks and indexation triage for existing sites, then used GSC and GA4 monthly reviews to recommend follow-up actions from impressions, clicks, CTR, rankings, and priority-page trends.
- Supported product, application, and informational page planning by translating client products and business needs into page, content, and publishing tasks.
- Used Python and AI tooling to reduce repetitive keyword, page, and publishing checks while retaining manual judgment and final review.
-
Family care & job-search preparation
A five-month gap between two roles: a family member fell ill and needed care while I prepared the next step. I started the following role in September 2025.
-
English Web Editor / Overseas Content Operations, Product Site
Site shareus.com
Ran English content operations for a software product site for about 1.5 years, covering product pages, tutorials, blog posts, and help-oriented content. The focus was aligning user tasks, page structure, and product entry points.
- Planned, edited, and published English product content, tutorials, and blog posts with baseline on-page SEO.
- Structured instructions, screenshots, page flow, and product entry points around real software use cases.
- Supported product-demo and tutorial video production and distributed content through YouTube and other overseas channels.
- Delivered English content consistently; because full purchase and conversion data was not available, I do not present this work as proven sales or revenue growth.
- The site is publicly viewable, but I no longer have GSC or GA4 access to it, so page-level numbers cannot be evidenced. The link is here so the work itself can be inspected — not as a traffic or revenue claim.
-
Java backend developer training (career switch into software)
A first structured step into software: a Java backend training program covering core Java, Spring, MySQL, and Git fundamentals.
-
Postgraduate entrance exam preparation, computer science (not admitted)
Prepared for the postgraduate entrance exam in a computer science direction after my bachelor's, scoring 80+ on the English section; after not being admitted, I turned toward software employment in 2023.
-
Shandong University of Science and Technology · Mineral Processing (B.Eng.)
An engineering degree outside software — the starting point the later switch toward computers and web work grew from.
Fit
Good Fit For
- Core fit: English SEO, B2B website growth, and export-site operations — with direct evidence across English content, keyword and page planning, publishing QA, basic technical SEO, and performance review.
- Adjacent fit: English website operations, corporate website operations, website project delivery, SEO project delivery, and B2B content marketing when the role centers on page quality, cross-functional follow-through, and continuous iteration.
- Adjacent fit: technical content operations and English product content for instrumentation, industrial, software, and other teams that need useful pages rather than one-off publishing.
- Growth edge: website operations manager, digital marketing, or overseas promotion roles when the remit is centered on owned websites, SEO, landing pages, and measurement rather than general software project management.
- Growth edge: Web Analytics, CRO, and Marketing Operations — a plausible next step from GSC / GA4 / Looker Studio and page / conversion-path review, with event instrumentation, CRM, and experimentation still developing.
